Warren Beatty jacket from "The Only Game in Town." Part of Lot #3737 Purchased October 24th, 2000 at Butterfield & Butterfield Entertainment Memorabilia auction #7188B. A navy wool flannel sport coat worn by Warren Beatty in "The Only Game in Town," 1969. Excellent condition. This jacket can be seen in two scenes in the movie. In one, Beatty and Elizabeth Taylor walk outside the Las Vegas lounge where Beatty plays piano, and he gets hit with rice from a nearby wedding ceremony. Amazingly, there are a few 31 year-old rice kernels still in the pockets! Jacket, breast pocket outer and inner labels are shown below.
